FUJIFILM SITE UNSEEN 2005 FOLIO OF THE YEAR - Low Xin Yu
The world is a giddy montage of vivid gestures. People all over the world use every part of their body to convey messages. Even non-living objects through movement can have almost-human expressions. A mixture of line, form and symbol create a powerful, silent language linking human beings to the image we create and manipulate. Photography is an expression of ideas and emotions. It transforms the body language and silent language into two-dimensional visual languages. Through the camera lens, I wish to create a combination of body language, silent language and visual language, to achieve a new form of communication.
I would like to thank all my lecturers at Edith Cowan University, my family and friends who have given me full support along the way.

WA AIPP STUDENT PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR - Paul Bradley
I have learned that timing is very important in life and I am not talking about wearing a watch! Put timing together with opportunity which presents itself all day, everyday and you have two of the basic tools to really help you achieve what you want, whatever that may be.
I am so lucky and grateful for having the opportunity and time to study at Tafe, and for the new friends I have made there. Thanks.

FUJIFILM SITE UNSEEN 2005 COVER PRIZE - Sarah Eamer
I consider myself extremely lucky to have been able to study something I love for the past three years. I have learnt an immeasurable amount from each and every one of the lecturers here at Central Tafe. Thanks to them, my family for their support and most importantly, the beautiful Kylie for being such a supportive friend, and model for this photo.
For many of us, the next step is making our way out into the photographic industry, and thanks to Site Unseen, successful students have all had the ability to present their talents to the public, which has been great opportunity.
