Generally, free use of photographs, graphics and documents will be granted for personal, educational or non-commercial activities, provided the web developer or the photographer of the image(s) used are notified and acknowledged. Photographers must be contacted directly (see the Photographers' Directory) to obtain a High Resolution Printable copy for any other use. Terms and conditions are negotiable with the Photographer.

Most of the images including people are Model Released but do not assume a model release has been obtained for every image. Images used for purposes other than general viewing on a personal computer for home use violates the photographer's copyright and can lead to legal persecution.
